Gartelmann Hunter Estate is a safe and secure wine outlet, which observes the principles of the Responsible Service of Alcohol.

We stock a range of Gartelmann Estate Hunter Valley wines. We will happily advise you and serve you in a responsible, friendly and professional manner.

1. Off-Licence sales are only of Hunter Valley Wines.
2. We will not serve any alcohol or allow the provision of alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years.
3. We will not serve any alcohol or allow the provision of alcohol to any person with false or defaced identification.
4. We will not serve any alcohol or allow the provision of alcohol to any person suspected of distributing alcohol to underage people.
5. We will not admit, serve, supply or allow the supply of alcohol to anyone who appears to be drunk.
6. We will not permit drunkenness, fighting, abusive or obscene language, unwelcome advances or physical contact, directed at customers or staff.

Failure to observe these principles may lead to refusal of service and a request to leave the property.

We actively discourage patrons from drinking and driving. Please respect our neighbours and leave the premises quietly.

Failure to leave a licensed premise when requested to do so may incur a $1,100.00 fine (NSW Liquor Act 1982).
