Emerson created a name for himself when he was Executive Chef for Peppers Hunter Valley group, before branching out on his own to open Emerson's at Pokolbin. With wife Samantha as front of house he has been getting rave reviews, such as this one on food blogger Billy Law's website, A Table for Two.
