In a first for Gartelmann Wines, Lyndey Milan will join founder Jorg Gartelmann for an exclusive lunch at 
the acclaimed Regatta Rose Bay. Lyndey will be discussing the wines and the subtle art of food and wine matching while regaling attendees with wonderful stories from their years in the world of travel, journalism, winemaking and more.

Four fabulous courses are being designed specially to match with the wines, which will include some older wines, some current vintages and a sneak peek at some not yet released wines.

Paired with 2016 Diedrich Shiraz
Fourth Course
Pasture Fed Beef Striploin
Smoked chestnut puree, crisp enoki, brussel leaves, tear drop tomato
Paired with 2016 Georg Petit Verdot and 2016 Jonathan Cabernet

Nitro frozen sparkling red
