Delivery is free for all club selections. Deliveries occur in March and September each year and membership will be automatically renewed unless advised of cancellation in writing.
If at any stage we are unable to contact you and two or more deliveries have been missed, we may cancel your membership.
Membership may be cancelled by notifying Gartelmann Wines in writing at any time after the first two regular club dozens have been purchased (other purchases are excluded for this purpose). Cancellations received after a delivery has been dispatched will be credited after return of goods, less shipping and handling costs. A cancellation fee of $200 may be applied if membership is cancelled before two deliveries are purchased.
Gartelmann wines use Australia Post for all wine deliveries. There is an option for members to have their wine left without a signature in a secure location of their choosing. However, both Australia Post and Gartelmann Wines do not accept any responsibility for any wine lost, stolen or broken when it is left without a signature.
Gartelmann Wines will contact you occasionally by email, mail or phone to advise when your next delivery is due, or with special events and promotions.
