Members Barrel Tasting Lunch 9th November

 

Venue – First Creek Winery for the Tasting, Lunch at Gartelmann Deck

10.30am Tasting, 12pm lunch, $100 Members, $125 Members' Guests

 

We meet at First Creek Winemaking (600 McDonald's road, Pokolbin 2320) at 10:30am sharp, for a tasting of all wines made in barrel. We look at the difference between French and American oak, young and old barrels and talk about how each affect the wine and aid the journey to becoming a finished, bottled product.

We then make our way back to the Cellar Door for a sumptuous luncheon with matching wines - see below.
