Wine Tastings
Gartelmann Wines is famous for Wine Tastings in the Cellar Door, with a diverse range of wines to suit all palates from the novice to the connoisseur. Our highly experienced staff will guide your tasting through an offering of Sparkling, White, Red and Dessert Wines.
General Tastings
Standard Wine Tasting – $10 per person
Set tasting of 8 wines from the Gartelmann Range. Please allow approximately 45 minutes
Extended range – $15 per person
A personalised & selected tasting of 12 wines from the Gartelmann Range. Please allow approximately 60 minutes
Reserve Wines – $2.50 each
All payments are taken at the end of tasting and are FREE of charge when you purchase 3 or more bottles of wine.
All tastings are complimentary for Wine Club Members.

Group Tastings
We can accommodate groups of up to 15 people and offer a list of 8 wines on our Group Tasting Menu. $10 per person (non-redeemable) and bookings are essential.
Group tastings are available between 10am – 3pm daily and sessions are 45min – 1hr.

Gartelmann to Your Door
A unique Gartelmann experience where we come to you.
We are bringing the best of our range, enabling you to taste up to 8 boutique Hunter Valley Wines. Tastings include premium glassware, tasting notes and your own personal wine expert. You will need to put aside around 1.5 hours to accommodate for the tasting. All we need from you is tables, chairs and access to water.
You also can add matching cheese or tapas to the tasting (extra cost involved), with the ability to create customer specific bespoke experiences, we are certain that we have an offering to suit you and your guests.
Mid-week tastings from $20 per person* / weekends from $30 per person*
