Classic Italian Cooking Class - Saturday 18th April 2026
$160 per person
Learn how to create some of my favourite Italian inspired dishes;
Classic bruschetta, Herb potato gnocchi, Olive tapenade, Slow braised octopus, Confit garlic, Cook the most amazing 1.5 kilo T-Bone, Fire sear eggplant and capsicum and make the most devine pannacotta.
Spanish Paella Class - Sunday 28th March 2026
$140 per person
A hands on Paella Cooking Class in the Hunter Valley;
Learn how to cook a Classic Spanish Paella, make Sangria and finish with Spanish Chessecake.
Start 10am Finish 3:30pm
We cook from 10pm onwards and sit down together for our first course at approx. 1pm*
KIDS COOKING CLASSES - Friday 19th January 2026
Two Sessions 9am - 12:30pm - $70 per Child under 18 / $85 per Adult
*Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
