NAME: Named after owner Matt Dillow's elder sister Tammy.

VINEYARD: Sourced from a well-renowned single vineyard in the heart of the Clare Valley, Australia's premier Riesling growing region. 

TASTING NOTES: Steely and dry with fresh citrus and crisp green apple characteristics. Incredible depth of flavour balancing a zippy natural acidity.

FOOD MATCHING: Sesame crusted tuna with a soy mirin glaze or Asian style pork belly.

CELLARING: Drink now or suitable for mid-term cellaring up to 5 – 7 years.
